Hi,
I am clean and responsible female in my mid-forties.
I have owned 6 houses, a townhouse and a condo. At one time I worked for a home builder and gained a lot of knowledge of the inner and outer workings of a house. I am knowledgeable about HVAC systems, boilers, hot water tanks, plumbing and electrical, flooring, etc. I was a landlord for 10 years and was very appreciative when our tenants took care of our places as we would.
I currently live in Calgary and am looking to stay at a quieter location. I appreciate the quiet and truly dark skies. I do not have a pet. I do have a vehicle.
