We are two detail-oriented, conscientious professionals with backgrounds in education, who both have past experience in cat/plant sitting and house sitting. In addition to the jobs we've done with House Sitters Canada, Yolande has housesat for two professors over a period of five years, and Justin has done house- and catsitting over a period of two years.

Yolande works from home teaching English and writing professionally, and Justin is currently working on developing his writing career after his time in the retail sector. We live in Etobicoke with family, so we're convenient to the Toronto area and are always looking for a private getaway for a short, medium, or long-term stay.

We are both also avid writers with a love for books and reading. We are very cleanly and organized. Plus we love cats!

We've had Justin and Yolande to sit for us 4 times this year, including 4 weeks over three visits this summer. They are extremely conscientious and very good communicators. Our cats, even the neurotic Junie, looked very relaxed upon our most recent return and obviously received lots of love and attention in our absence. Our pool and gardens were also well cared for. I've got nothing but good things to say about this couple and highly recommend them.

Justin and Yolande were wonderful cat sitters for our cat Leo, and our home. They provided companionship to Leo, giving him the love and attention he needed while we were away. We received regular updates, including adorable pictures which reassured us during our trip. They also took great care of the house. Justin and Yolande have stayed at my place and watched my two cats twice now. They are respectful, great communicators, and each time, I have come home to a spotless apartment and two very happy cats. As an added bonus, they left homemade soup in the fridge for us! I highly recommend Justin and Yolande for your house/pet sitting needs.

Yolande and Justin are just perfect. They were so dilligent and responsible from the very beginning. Wanted to know every possible detail about our cat and his needs and about the house. They handled the aerokat asthma inhaler very well and several supplements our senior cat needs daily. They communicated with us daily. They sent photos and videos as frequently as we wished. They loved our cat and cared for him best as they can. I recommend this lovely couple to anyone.

Justin and Yolande were amazing pet-sitters for our geriatric tabby. They returned the place in wonderful shape: just as we had left it. Our cat was so relaxed when we got home. He's a VERY affectionate, needy guy, but I have a feeling they not only kept up with his (many) demands, but that he was quite pampered :). Justin and Yolande were amazing house and pet sitters! Not only did I come home to it squeaky clean apartment, they took great care of my cat Marty. They were very communicative and sent me photos of Marty when I was away. Marty was also very calm and relaxed when I got home which is a sign of a well taken care of cat! Justin and Yolande are clearly great with animals and I would highly recommend!
