I’ve spent over 2000 hours volunteering in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, and France, which has given me hands-on experience in everything from house maintenance to reception work. My background in Biotechnology comes with a strong attention to detail, which I’ve applied to managing vacation rentals and ensuring homes are welcoming and well-organized. I also love working with kids, and my time running a Kids Club and as a medical clown taught me how to engage with children through creativity and play. In my free time, I enjoy playing the ukulele, writing poems, crocheting, and working on digital content projects— I’m always doing something creative and diving into digital marketing learnings!

I’ve had a wide range of experiences, from working in agriculture and forestry to hospitality. Whether I’m cooking, maintaining a property, or working outdoors, I’m known for my dependability and practical problem-solving. I’ve worked on farms, gardens, and love spending time in nature. Cooking is one of my biggest passions, and I take pride in preparing delicious meals for groups big or small. Teaching comes naturally to me, and I find great joy in passing on what I’ve learned.

About Wes:
Completed my studies in USA, and moved to BC some 15 years, thereafter. My hobbies include mechanical repairs, science research, history research, writing, family, real-estate, boating, camping, and traveling. I've spent many years as a silviculturist contractor.
