Hi there! My name is Derek and I moved back home to North Vancouver six months ago after living in New Zealand for 13 years. I grew up with our two lovely family cats, and in the past few years have cared for over a dozen foster cats with the SPCA-NZ. These included multiple groups of high-energy kittens, timid strays, cats taking special meds and dietary needs, and some recovering from surgery! So I'm no stranger to meeting new cats and ensuring they're comfortable with me, catering to their needs, and then saying goodbye :)

I'm quiet, clean, a non-smoker, and work from home with a very flexible schedule. I'll ensure good communication and will follow your care instructions so you have peace of mind that your pets and home will be respected and well cared for.
