I grew up on a farm with just about every animal imaginable. A big part of my growing up was doing the chores. That included everything from feeding and milking our cows, shoveling out the barns, grooming the horses, gathering the eggs and sitting with the various animals as they gave birth. Mike and I have also had our own farmette, complete with goats, chickens and guineas. I've also done farm sits for friends and neighbors.

I've cared for untold numbers of cats and dogs. That includes my own, family, friends and others who have hired me. I've also managed a goat dairy, cared for horses, cattle, pigs, chickens, ducks and some interesting pets! I've never lost a pet, never had an unhappy pet parent, have never seen an emergency I couldn't handle. I am proud of my record and cherish all the animals I've gotten to know.
