Larisa: 61, retired

Quiet couple, non-smokers, tidy and clean from Edmonton. In the past we have owned several houses in the last 40 years, in the the city as well as in the country. We have been dog and cat owners for many years in the past, although we do not own one now.
I worked as a Millwright for 19 years,and a high school shop teacher for 15. Larisa was a high level customs officer for 23 years.
We have family in Edmonton, and this is our home base where we visit our children and grandchildren in the winter months. We also like to travel to other places during the summer months, especially to Europe where we own property. We feel house sitting while in Edmonton will give us greater opportunities in our own travel experiences in the summer months. We are looking for a 4-6 month house sitting arrangement in Edmonton that ends around May 1/2025. Perfect for snowbirds.

Gordon and Larisa were our first experience with House Sitters Canada. Their communication was excellent … before, during, and after their stay. We appreciated the emails and photos of our cat. Our cat looked very relaxed and content in the photo's with Larisa. The house was left in immaculate condition. We highly recommend Gordon and Larisa as house sitters. We do not hesitate to recommend them, and we will be asking them to stay again in the future.
