Hello my name is John.

I am aviliable to oversee your property for 2, two month time periods +/- during a typical year (either off and on during these time periods, or for each of the whole time frame duration(s)), they are :
1) Between the middle of November to the middle of January
2) Between the 21st of March to the 21st of May
(I have some flexibility to vary my schedule of availiablity deppending on the Sitting situation)

I am willing to sit your property no matter where it is located in Canada ...
(including rural locations, off-grid locations, small community settings and anywhere else).

There may be extra payment needed :
A) If there is much time required to maintain / care for your property.
B) If there is an unusual amount of travel energy required to reach your property.
(The above to be determined in a communication upon interest).

I am currently NOT available to sit pets / animals requiring outside activities. I may consider opportunities with quiet small indoor pets such as fish, birds and cats.

I am Retired, and am a Handyman and Jack of all Trades. If there is something at your property needs to have some fixing / updating / repairing, I am likely to be able to help in that regard. (there may be a payment required for this)

I have experience with : solar systems; constuction; renovating; DIY; weather-proofing; marine / docks ...etc.

If I were to sit your property, it would be me only in attendance (Unless I discuss something different than that with you).

I DO NOT : smoke; party; own pets; do drugs.

I AM : quiet; reliable.
