I am a friendly, caring and strong 63 year old. I am a retired, widowed, mother, grandmother single woman with time on her hands to look after your home, pets and plants. I am clean and reliable and can provide references with other homes I cared for. I am able to do snow removal and yard work.
I do not smoke. I am bondable. I am active in walking, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and can warm up to animals easily. I love walking fields or forest trails for day hikes. I do have a license but I do not own a vehicle.
I am familiar with some farm animals, cows, chickens, pigs, geese and use to care for my neighbors horses in the summer months, as I grew up on a small farm but it has been many years. I am a quick learner and can follow orders given. I can walk big dogs if they are leash trained, walking bigger dogs who pull could be a challenge.
I am available for short and longer-term stays. I would like North west Calgary and area but may be willing to go anywhere in Canada if it is a longer term.
I am available in February 2025 anywhere the train will bring me. And available again after March until end of school year, if in N.W. Calgary area. Then all of the summer (end of school year to last week of August. Again, willing to go by train or plane anywhere in Canada. Not available for March school break and the week before and after unless the home is in Thunder Bay Ontario and/or close area around the city.
