My experience: 14+ years

I am a caring and attentive pet and home sitter and have completed many Trusted Housesitter sits as well as for friends. All have been enjoyable experiences by both of us and I always give my best. I have a good reputation for cleanliness, attentiveness, following instructions and caring.
I am new to this site and looking forward to some experiences in my own country.

I am originally from Saskatoon, Sask and moved to Alberta when I was a young adult. I am a landscape designer and have owned a landscaping business in Canmore Alberta (circa 2002). I completed my Somatic Practitioner program in 2022 (Nervous system renegotiation\trauma therapy) and am teaching and practicing in various cities as I expand my clientele base and shift into this rewarding path.

I have owned pets in the past and will again, and for now am enjoying pet sitting in various locations. I love meeting people and their pets, and greatly enjoy the rewards of doing well for others. I am an excellent pet care person; I have owned a cat who had various medical conditions (pills, daily IVs for 8 yrs), an Akita/Malamute dog and a horse.

I am traveler by nature and know the importance and relief of knowing a home and pet is well taken care of and there will be no surprises upon returning. ,
I am an avid outdoors person; I love nature, walking, cycling, swimming, pilates and yoga and being near water. I have travelled through France, Spain and Italy, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Australia, Thailand and Cambodia, and extensively through Canada and the USA while rock climbing and bouldering, and more recently scuba diving and surfing.

I am a mature adult; quiet, respectful, clean and caring (non-smoking anything). I love cooking, watching movies and reading, and am a continuing student of health studies.
It may be helpful to know I am fully vaccinated.
I am unable to shovel for large snowfalls although sweeping or shovelling small amounts is okay.
