From start to finish, our experience with Len and Joanne was wonderful. They had all the qualities we could ask for in a house and pet sitter. Communication with them was always timely. Our teenage daughter really wanted pictures of our dog while away, and they were great about providing pictures and videos and putting a smile on our daughter's face. We appreciated that Len and Joanne wanted this for us and were flexible in terms of making sure our needs and preferences were met. We spent time with Len and Joanne before and after our time away and they felt like old friends. Would highly recommend them for a sit.

We met with Joanne before and we felt very comfortable leaving Willow with her. She took very good care of Willow and our house was well looked after and clean upon her return. We hope to be able to use her in the near future. This was our first experience with house sitters and it was very positive for us!
