I am a long time resident of Kingston Ontario and retired Queen's University employee. I have been a doting pet owner of two wonderful cats, since passed, and I gave a safe home to an older rescue dog from the Humane Society. Recently, I have been involved in fostering cats from the local Humane Society while they wait for their forever home. When I lived in Victoria BC I was a volunteer dog-walker through the James Bay Community Project where I met little Jacob a Shitzu mix whom I happily walked for three years. The pics are of 2 cats that I fostered with the Kingston Humane society and the little dog is the one I walked for 3 years in Victoria. I have a small body frame so I am best with smaller dogs or medium sized dogs that walk well on a leash. My interests involve travel, cycling, gardening and walking near or in natural environments and dancing. I have a special interest in pet sitting stays in Victoria as I lived there for ten years and I look forward to a return visits. I am also interested in sits in Toronto where I enjoy exploring the city. I bring maturity and reliability to this position and I am passionate about caring responsibly for your pets while you are away. The happiness of your furry friends and the care of your home would be my priority. I look forward to spending time with your pets soon!
