Ruth

A little about me: I am a music teacher from Saskatchewan who just recently moved out west. I moved for the mountains and all the activities that come along with it (skiing/snowboarding, hiking, camping, swimming in mountain lakes). I currently teach full-time at a high school in Vancouver. I am a property owner as well with long-term tenants in my homes in Saskatoon and Kelowna, so I understand the importance of having a responsible individual in your home taking care of your most precious pets and home.

Having grown up with dogs, rabbits, and a gecko on an acreage, I am happy to share time with the animals around me. I find pets are a joy and very therapeutic. I left my dog (1st photo) with my parents in Saskatchewan, as it was too difficult to rent with a pet, otherwise, I would have him with me (sad times).

Over the years, I have been asked to house sit for neighbours, my high school math teacher/cross-country running coach, and family friends. Along with house-sitting, I have taken care of dogs and cats at their homes, watered plants, and maintained the cleanliness of their homes.
