Hi, we're Eóin & Ale, and mad excited to be your potential housesitters! We're all about pets and adventures, and we can't wait to offer our house-sitting services to take care of your home and furry pals while you're off doing your thing!
Originally, Eoin’s from Ireland, and Ale’s from Colombia.. we're both also NZ Citizens/Residents where we have been living the last 9 years. We’re very experienced pet-sitters although have just joined the House Sitters Canada website 🙂 (we use the sister site; Kiwi House Sitters along with some others). We are moving to Canada in April this year.. and we can't wait to get into our next housesit!
We both have flexible jobs so we can work from home when required, so all your pets will be kept company everyday while we work from home! We're both very friendly, social, easy going people who love travelling, having new experiences and meeting new people. Eóin's main hobbies are running, yoga and anything music related; listening/live shows etc. Ale's main interests are yoga, cooking, and reading a good book.
We’ve house sat many many many times before, our longest being 3 months with an energetic Cocker Spaniel called Harry - it was hard to say goodbye! We take care of our friends' cats and dogs whenever we can during the week and weekends. We are very open, honest, and authentic people!
You can count on us being responsible and reliable house sitters. Your home will be safe, tidy, and loved, and your pets will get all the hugs, playtime and adventures. We take pride in keeping a tidy living space, so your place will be treated like it is our own.
We both grew up with animals at home (ranging from cats, dogs, chickens, snakes, goats, hamsters, rabbits, reptiles, fish, birds.. to livestock) and are both huge animal lovers. Ale’s Dad is a vet, so she was always surrounded by all sorts of animals. We both absolutely love surrounding ourselves with the company of animals, it really makes us happy! House sitting lets us experience different locations, staying in, getting out for daily walks/plays, and most importantly getting a readymade/adopted “family life” with lovely animals.

I had the pleasure of having Eóin and Ale stay in my apartment, and look after my cavoodle while I was on holiday. I was feeling pretty anxious leaving him for so long, but Eóin and Ale completely put my mind at ease. They were so communicative and responsive - sending regular updates and pictures. My cavoodle was also dealing with a bit of an upset tummy prior to me leaving, and they went above and beyond - giving him his meds, taking him to the vet for a check up and cooking (and shredding) ... Eoin & Ale did an amazing job looking after both our dog Murphy and our house. Communication was great throughout the time we were away and I'm sure when we came back the house was cleaner than when we left it!
