Hi, I'm Randal,
I'm semi-retired and a father of 3 successful adult children. I have no grandchildren yet, but 5 "grand-puppies".
I've owned 3 homes since 1990, and sold my last house when my son was ready to move out in 2016.
I own an RV lot and large RV in Country Lane Estates in Foothills County near Aldersyde and Okotoks Alberta, where I live from March until the end of October. This leaves me 5 months per year to travel etc.
"Semi-retired" means that I work from my cellphone & laptop for a few hours per day, which I can do from anywhere.
With respect to running a household, I have excellent knowledge with professional training in HVAC, and Plumbing in my early work life.
- Pets & Animals:
Through my life I've owned horses & several dogs, a cat, & my kids have had & cared for reptiles, tropical & fresh water fish & gerbils, hamsters and more.

I'm a non-smoker & I don't do drugs, nor have any issues with drinking.
