Single14y cabin, another 14y on 7 acres in central Alberta. No animals but lots of gardens, trees, maintenance, used tractor to mow grass and clear snow, roto-tiller, riding lawn mower, electric hedge clippers, manual clearing, brush burning. Felling/limbing trees, using log-splitter. Trailers, general yard maintenance. Familiar with wells and septic fields.

Reliable woman experienced with dogs and cats. We had rec property for decades (cabin at lake, then small farm/acreage) and are familiar with machinery, maintenance, wells, septics, etc. City living is okay, too. I'd like to bring our 8y spayed female Golden Doodle who sleeps a good deal but it's not imperative she come with me. I take pride in my place in NW Calgary and would take care of your place the same.
You will relax on your vacation knowing your place is in excellent hands.
