I am a remote worker who enjoys travelling and animals. I recently had to say goodbye to my faithful furry companion of 16 years, Tigger. He was a one-in-million cat whom I adored. I no longer have any pets but would love to take care of yours.

I have had dogs and cats all my life. I have also cared for family and friends' dogs, cats, and the occasional bird and fish. I have had mostly medium-sized dogs and have looked after smaller and larger dogs as well. Two of my 4 dogs were rescues, one was a stray dog and the last was a puppy who was abandoned on the side of the highway and found while I was travelling.

I have some experience caring for geriatric dogs and cats, administering medicine, and caring for ailing cats and dogs. I have trained all of my dogs along the way or have been in obedience training with them therefore, I have some experience with temperament and behaviour.

I am in my later years and am looking to broaden my horizons and have a bit of adventure along the way before I retire. I have the great luck of being able to work mostly from anywhere and mainly on my schedule therefore, this affords me the ability to focus on your home and pet(s). Having owned two of my own homes I am aware of what it takes to look after them and will look after yours as if it were my own.

I am not new to pet and house sitting however, I am new to being part of a group such as House Sitters Canada. I love all animals and will love yours with as many cuddles and play as they wish to receive. I hope that my lack of references at the moment will not deter you from having me in your home and trusting me with your precious pets. I am working on building my reference list and will be updating it regularly.

I do not smoke, drink or party and lead a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy walks, reading, yoga and listening to music. I am self-sufficient, independent, reliable and a very clean and tidy person. I have my own car as well.
