Bruce & Sharon

Sharon and I have a long history of sitting with Trusted House Sitters, so we thought we try this platform as well. Our most recent daytime jobs have been as house parents in a group home in Abbotsford, B.C. We are in the process of moving on from that and becoming even more prolific dog/house sitters as we love new experiences, travelling and OF COURSE dogs, cats and any other type of beloved pet. We both have a long history with animals as we bred Shelties for a while, have had a cat, a bird, a fish and even taken care of cows (long story). Our approach is to really listen to the pet/house owner and try to follow their prescription for caring for the pet(s)/house. We are experienced in administering medications, and we always make sure the pets under our care get what they need (i.e. attention, exercise, timely feeding, etc.). We are very easy going and always leave the homes we care for Dutch clean! We are also moving into a phase of our life where we can handle long term sitting.
