Hi, my name is Judith.I am a young, healthy, retired senior.
My background as a nurse, reflexologist, polarity therapist, has helped me value the importance of having a caring person there to help and support you when needed.

My lifestyle is a quiet one . A clean living environment, peaceful, being reliable and trustworthy are aspects that I value and that I can offer. As a long time meditation practitioner this helps me strive to live in a heartfelt manner for all living beings. I am a non smoker who follows a vegetarian diet with no alcohol or drugs.

I've lived in Victoria BC as well as in the Courtney area of Vancouver Island. Nelson was my home for 10 yrs and Langley BC has been my home base on and off for 45 years.

I am a previous cat and home owner and know the importance of having a responsible loving person to be there filling in while you are gone .
