UPDATE to everyone who has written me and to potential new people:
We have had to post-pone this summer trip due to some unexpected circumstances. I am very sorry to have to put this on hold.
I have put VERY tentative dates for a shorter winter trip because I can't see any option on here to pause my add. Sorry, but does someone know how to put my profile and add on hold? I don't want to loose all the conversations and connections I have made here with wonderful potential future house sitters. Thank you

Here is what the job description was and will be in the future:
We have an amazing, loving, intelligent seal=point Siamese cat who needs attention and love. Feeding and giving him water, emptying his litter box are the main duties and being around fairly often as Siamese don't like to be alone.
You would also need to water a few plants and regularly take in the mail.

This is ideal for one person preferably.
