Saskatoon Saskatchewan

We live on an acreage approximately 30 minutes south of Saskatoon, Sk. A vehicle would be required for transportation to and from the city for groceries, etc. We have 2 lovable cats that spend most of their day hours in the house during the winter months. They do sleep in the attached garage at night but like to have access to our attention during the day, although tend to spend the majority of the time sleeping in one of their favorite spots. They would require feeding and cleaning of the litter box as well as some cuddle time.

You would have your own bedroom and bathroom either main or lower level. Our lovely home does have all the modern conveniences one would need. Anyone who works from home will enjoy the unlimited WiFi, as well as access to Netflix and Prime TV.

We have groomed trails around the property for walking or snow shoeing. You would absolutely love the peace and quiet of the countryside and may be fortunate to experience one of our prairie winter blizzards. Brave the winter weather and soak in the outdoor hot tub after your walk or gaze at the star filled sky at night. Pike Lake Provincial Park is a 10 minute drive where they have skating, winter trails and cross country ski trails.
Our very friendly neighbours are only a 5 minute walk - they would be available to help with any house or winter issues(such as snow clearing).
