Ponoka Alberta

I'm looking for a single person or a couple to stay in my cozy character home in Ponoka Alberta and care for my 10-year-old daschund lab mix dog while I'm overseas at a family wedding. It will be for the month of Feb (approx) Just watch the dog and shovel the sidewalk is all that's required. I'd prefer someone who works from home as that is what he is used to. Buddy is super easy to care for he's about 35 lbs and very easy going and very affectionate. Buddy takes 1/2 pill for thyroid disease every day. I just put it in his treat. Super easy!

Sitter would have the entire house. There is a King bed!

Ponoka is a cute town with a population of 7300. The closest other town is Lacombe (17 min drive) Red Deer (30 min drive) Sylvan lake (40 min drive) and South Edmonton (60 min drive) Edmonton airport is a 45 min drive to my door.
The house is a detached 1930s character home nestled amongst spruce trees. It is very quiet and cozy. The house is walking distance to groceries (hammy's which used to be IGA), pharmacy (Rexall and Shoppers Drug Mart pub (Longhorn Pub) and everything you would need. All within 5- 7 min walk!
