Acreage property with chickens, ducks, geese and 3 emus. Small friendly oceanfront community. Near bus route but more convenient if you have your own car. Walk to the beach in 10 min. Grocery stores 2 km away from property. Chickens, duck and geese get opened up and fed in morning and closed up at night. They all know the routine and do it themselves automatically. Emus just roam around and get a bucket of grain everyday.
