We need a house sitter

Looking for someone with horse knowledge to stay on a beautiful small hobby farm in January. Dog and horse knowledge a must. Horses are easy to do and no stall cleaning required as they can stay in indoor arena overnight. Dogs are friendly. Please contact to discuss all details. Pay for horse and dog care. To be clear this is the house but there is a self contained basement apartment that is rented but in no way interferes with person staying in the house.
