We need a house sitter

The house is located off grid 33 km on forestry road. I need someone who feels confident with generator, little electrical power, wood stove and snow removal. I would like to spend a little time to help person get to know the house and how to manage. The house has enough space for big family. There is a restaurant near by but all groceries must be done in town. There is internet, wifi communication. Also some plants to water.
