Waterfront home located on St Marys Bay. 4 x 4 or AWD required or the ability to walk into the property. We have an older vehicle available for your use. Off grid with full solar set up and backup Generator with modern /everyday appliances. One 12 year year old lab/beagle mix easy care and one 3 year old indoor/outdoor loveable cat. Minimal plant care weekly watering.
