Older house, with oil furnace, wood stove in kitchen and pellet stove in living room. Fifteen minute drive to Pugwash, approximately 45 to Amherst. Two older cats (they sleep a lot and love affection. Driveway is ploughed in winter. You would need to have a car. Older home so some knowledge of how things work-that’s that noise? Oh the water pump or sump pump.
