We are looking for a cat lover for 1 large (he’s “big boned”) indoor cat that requires water and feeding twice/day, cleaning litter boxes. Also a small, lovable yorkie who is pretty laid back. Let her out to do her business and a little walk on the 1.3 acre property. Not much else needed. Large, beautifully decorated, clean, private home and property. Large gourmet kitchen with electric stove, second kitchen with gas stove. Living room, dining room and main floor sunroom open to landscaped pool area with gazebo. Family/tv room on main floor. Fenced yard. Large pond on property. 2nd floor master with king bed and second bedroom with queen bed. Upstairs laundry. Driveway is plowed when necessary. Close to town (2 minutes). 10 min to lake, 30 min to larger cities. Lots of restaurants near by.
Lovely couple with a lovely house decorated with lots of farmhouse chic. I was at their home in Simcoe in the fall. Their little dog became my little buddy, and I enjoyed her company. Their cat is lovely but more solitary. He would like to be allowed outside...so sometimes sneaks past. I would be happy to return, especially when their beautiful pool is open. LOL
It was a pleasure watching Kathy and Don's house and their two wonderful pets ( Ralphie and Moxie). Being our first house sit it was amazing to care for easy going pets while Kathy and Don made sure that everything that was needed for the pets was bought before they left we had only to care for Moxie and Ralphie's needs. We never had any problems caring for their home while the were away, they both stayed in touch though e-mail and text messages. They also had their son and daughter in-law ... MORE
Looking after Moxie the Yorkie and Raplh the cat was awesome. They are sweet pets. Kathy and Don are very nice and their home is comfortable and very close to good shopping.
The home is beautifully situated on the edge of Simcoe and in nice weather, makes for an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and all the town has to offer! The home itself it beautifully decorated, roomy and the garden area is gorgeous!
Moxie, Ralphie and Tina (Yorkie dog and two tabby cats) were a delight to spend time with! Their personalities are so unique and the way they interact is adorable.

My husband and I had an amazing experience sitting at Kathy and Don's home with their two cats, Ralphie and Tina. They were shy at first, but then welcomed us with open paws, making us feel like family!
The communication with these homeowners was fluid and easy from the beginning. We would definately return if able!
