Right across from St. George’s park, and minutes walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Built in 1911 coach house with back yard, patio and private 2 person hot tub. A beautiful oasis that has been on many garden tours.

We have 3 friendly cats. The eldest (16) Leenah, loves to be picked and loved, needs drops 4 times a day for kidney support. The middle one (11) Ramone, enjoys spending his days next door at his grandparents house and snuggle over there. He also needs kidney drops 4 times a day. The youngest is Chachee (6ish). He is loving and sweet, but was formerly a feral cat, so is nervous around strangers. He is gentle and very submissive. LOVES to be brushed.

We have outdoor boxes that need to be watered along with ferns in our front yard in the summer weather, and a driveway and front sidewalk that would require shovelling (if needed) in the winter months.

I had a lovely time staying at Dale and Allison's place. They have a great property and it was a pleasure to spend time there. My favorite moments were when I was working outside in their spectacular garden, surrounded by flowers, under a big transparent dome to keep the rain off, with a cat or three curled up next to me. Bliss. Speaking of the cats, they are all the SWEETEST and I LOVE them. Great personalities. You will enjoy sharing a house with them and seeing them around the yard. ... MORE
