Hello!
We are going away for a a little over a week. We have two Ragdoll cats and a medium sized, very sweet natured red retriever. We are a 25 minute drive from Halifax downtown and 20 minutes from the airport. They are 8 years old and extremely friendly. They are both indoor cats. The house has three bedrooms, an open concept kitchen and living room and has a large recreation room downstairs with big screen TV. We have a large backyard that is treed. A nice porch for watching the sunset. A deck to enjoy your morning coffee and a patio, fire pit and a BBQ. You will have access to our internet and Netflix, Prime, Crave, Disney etc.
Please note, Freud needs smaller portions due to a stomach sensitivity. We just switched him to a new prescription diet and are feeding him 4 times per day.
We leave early morning of the 25th and arrive back in the afternoon/evening on the 4th. Let us know if you're interested !

The two adult cats were a delight and very easy to take care of.
Location of home was close to everything. My email for some reason wasn't always working which made it different for my experience. Glad I got to spend time with the cats.
What a great time we had with Freud and Lou, albeit a short visit. They are so frendly with warm personalities, taking to us and purring right away. Jordan and Anna made us feel very welcome and comfortable in their lovely home and were prompt with answers to any questions we had. Their back yard beckons visitors to explore in to the dense forest. A recommended tranquil sit for sure.
Anna and Jordan gave us a nice welcome and showed us everything we needed to know.
She had made a little handbook for us where everything was explained, also emergency numbers and places to go or eat.
They were quick to respond to any questions we had and we send them updates on their lovely cats, Freud and Lou.
Freud was an absolute snuggle bug and Lou came to us to be petted as well but was a bit more reserved, both beautiful cats were adorable!

It was a delight house sitting for Jordan and Anna. Dawson the dog is a a soft good boy who loves his walks and listens very well, Bakunnin will sit in your lap and purr while you read and Freud loves to chase his laser pointer. All the animals were wonderful to be around, Jordan and Anna are kind, good people with a lovely home in a great neighbourhood. It was nice knowing that the upstairs neighbour was available incase anything went wrong, which thankfully it didn't. Everything was left nice ... MORE
Jordan and Anna are very easy-going, communication was great. The pets gave us a very warm welcome (and Freud was particularly cuddly!). We enjoyed our short house sit and the area :)
Enjoyed this house sit very much. Nice area, lots to do and Jordan and Anna are great with their communication and house sit info. Bakunin and Freud are two adorable, affectionate and very beautiful cats. Although, they do try to be escape artists too at the front door. :)
