We are located in Vancouvers trendy Hastings Sunrise, 10 minutes from downtown, within easy reach of the North Shore mountains & 5 minutes walk to stores, restaurants banks and local amenities Our home is a lovely four story 1912 heritage house full of character with many original features. Three double bedrooms (2 with mountain views), two bathrooms (one with a claw foot tub). Spacious living room with mountain views, dining room, ully fitted kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer.

We have a south facing mature garden with a vine covered pagoda, which though not large will require some maintenance.

We have two cats Thumper (male) and Arrietty (female). Thumper is very handsome and shy but will warm up to you (treats will win him over!) Arrietty is a people cat and adorable and loves her cuddles
