Salmon Arm British Columbia

It was so much fun looking after Zoey and Tiny. The dogs are very well behaved, easy to walk and very quiet. We enjoyed our time up at Sun Peaks walking the dogs along several different trails. A short distance to walk down to the village to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Communication with Lyle was good and we were comfortable being in their home. We would love to come back another time.

We really enjoyed this housesit with Susana and Lyle's two dogs, Tiny and Tica. The dogs are adorable, the house is comfortable and the area was great for hiking and nature. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

Lovely house to sit, we were very comfortable. Lyle had excellent communication. The dogs are very sweet, but they do require alot of care and attention, so be prepared to be with the dogs for most of the time.

Lyle and Susan were very polite and helpful during our stay, Tiny and Tika are easy to care for, peaceful, friendly doggies. We miss them already! Giant cinema like projector made our stay fun, with inbuilt surrounding sound system and streaming services available. This house has a special touch, a bit rural, with farmers around, but has supermarkets and all you need within a short drive, even beach. Susan made our room as clean as it could only be, bathroom was sparkling clean and the room was ... Had a great experience housesiittig and caring for the sweetest dog Valentiny. He was easy and oh so cuddly I would love to do it again some time. Watered the beautiful and enjoyed the beach in Salmon Arm.

Delightful! Tiny and Tika were super easy to fall in love with. They are sweet snuggle-butts, and very easy-going. Miss them already! Lyle and Susana are friendly, open, and welcoming. Very easy to communicate with them. They answered any questions promptly. House and garden is very peaceful, relaxed, and safe-feeling. My room and bed were super-comfy, and zen. Loved my stay, adored the dogs, and I hope to visit one day again!!

This was a great house sit. Communication was good and easy with Lyle and Susanna. Three very well behaved pooches Ticca, Zoe and Tiny, they loved to go for their walks. Salmon Arm is a great spot to be able to get out and explore.

This is my second house sit for Lyle and Susana. It was a great set again and the weather was a bit nicer out so there was more exploration. Tiny, Zoey and Ticca are great roommates and easy to care for. Communication was great . It was a nice comfortable sit.

It was such a blessing to be able to sit for Lyle & Susana and their 3 sweetheart pups!!! They were an amazing couple that made me feel at home. They had great communication and were always accessible via text or phone if I had questions or concerns. Their pups were fun to take on walks, have cuddles with and just be at peace in their serene calm home. I had no problem falling in love with them! I loved being able to sit for these 3 dogs. Very well behaved, walk well on leash, listen when called and all very cuddly ❤️ They are so cute and adorable! I had communication with hosts during stay and felt very comfortable 🙏😊 Great experience

This was a great house sit. Communication was great and Lyle and Susanna are very nice and welcoming couple. Ticca, Zoe and Tiny are all very endearing and lovable. They are very friendly and warmed up to me quickly. It is a very relaxing atmosphere as well.

I loved that they asked me to help again. Then they moved cities. Fortunately all was good and their new home, Salmon Arm, is a great place to explore too. As usual, Suzanna's personal touch bedazzles a home. I especially love her fresh flowers. I bought local milk, made my own yogurt, toured farms, watched the Western Grebes dance on water, experimented with Lyle's coffee apparatus, and Netflix cuddles with three (3) dogs. In addition to Zoey and Valentino (same dogs as first visit) a third ... MOREI loved that they asked me to help again. Then they moved cities. Fortunately all was good and their new home, Salmon Arm, is a great place to explore too. As usual, Suzanna's personal touch bedazzles a home. I especially love her fresh flowers. I bought local milk, made my own yogurt, toured farms, watched the Western Grebes dance on water, experimented with Lyle's coffee apparatus, and Netflix cuddles with three (3) dogs. In addition to Zoey and Valentino (same dogs as first visit) a third dog, Pérula, may be the tiniest dog. She was in heat, so she required extra TLC. The landlord's dog, Annie, is a twelve 12 year old border collie. I was scared she might hurt the three littles, so worked with her to assure their safety, and fortunately they kept a respectful distance from each other.

We hiked about 20 km daily in Sun Peaks and nearby Clearwater Wells Gray Park -- gorgeous part of the world -- and they never tired or slowed down. Sun Peaks is the second best (behind Whistler) ski town / village in British Columbia. Even in the era of COVID there was plenty to do with live music and a farmers' market. Their home has a great setup to work ... MORELyle and Suzanna are an adorable couple and their two dogs Zoey and Valentino are lovely companions who want nothing more than to cuddle.
