A clean quiet person is who we need to take care of our Tiger while we are away.
Tiger is a male with attitude, he knows what he wants and he’ll tell you.
Tiger is quite vocal, it can seem a bit intimidating, but he is just a loud talker.
He’s generally friendly but decides when he wants attention.
Tiger demands a clean litter box, this is a must to avoid accidents.

He does like to go outside, but he only goes out on a leash and harness, either for walks or just to sit on the patio.
Tiger does get a liquid medication in his wet food twice a day, his dry food is in an auto feeder for portion control.

Watering for the house plants only need to make sure the auto watering tank has water in it, just one plant has to be manually watered.
The grow lights for the house plants need to be turned on in the morning, they’ll turn themselves off in the evening.

The area is convenient to transit, about a 15 minute walk tomSkytrain and there is a bus stop in front of the building.
Close to restaurants and coffee shops , they are 15-20 minutes walk also.

If you have a car there is both covered guest parking and street parking available.
