Westmount Quebec

We are a partially-newly-retired couple: Marilyn (retired neuropsychologist) and Jean (newly retired neuroscientist). Our house has 3 levels (basement, main floor, 2nd floor) and a fenced back yard. We are in a residential area of Montreal near downtown; a bus is nearby and the metro is a 15-20 min walk away. There are also food and other shops and a few restaurants in walking distance (~15 minutes). We have a three year-old, 8.5 kg golden doodle named Carmen, two budgies (Sammy and Coco) and a 50-gallon aquarium containing 21 fish. All of our pets love attention, which differs according to species. Carmen will want to be with you all of the time and will let you know it. Sammy and Coco like you to talk to them, and to give them a piece of your toast at breakfast. Their food and water gets freshened every day. I feed the fish once a day, and I turn their light on in the mornings and off at night. There are a number of potted plants that get watered once a week.
