I live in a historic, 6-unit condo in the vibrant area known as Osborne Village!
The neighborhood is 100% walkable, with many bars, restaurants, unique stores, grocery stores, and dispensaries nearby.
We are located directly across from beautiful Fort Rouge park, and only a stone’s throw away from downtown, the Forks, or the legislative building.
My home is a 3-storey walk up, and is not accessible.

I have in-suite laundry, dedicated parking spot, king sized bed, dedicated office with a monitor and sit/stand desk. My living room has a record player with many albums, and a small tv with a Roku.
My kitchen is equipped with all brand new appliances
Pets;
Kingsley: he is a very low maintenance dog. He takes medication twice per day, and eats twice per day. Otherwise, 3 short walks around the park/block is all he needs. He can be left alone for 8 hours.

Phoebe: she is the queen of the house. Sleeps her days away, and eats dry food. Very easy going, loves to cuddle.

Please note, I would prefer a vegan or vegetarian sitter (or someone willing to go meat free at the very least). No Trump fans.
