Located 7 minutes out of Millstream Village Langford - The Highlands. On 2 acres, peaceful and quiet with lots of hiking, biking trails around.

3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home - Can sleep 6 comfortably.

Will have wood stocked for you to burn in the woodstove, I do have heat pumps if you struggle with making fires.

I have a dog - Her name is Boop - She loves people, however, really small kids make her nervous, not great on a leash, my property is big and you can run her around there with a ball. She will try and sleep on the bed with you but we don't allow it, her hair gets everywhere.
She gets fed in the morning and at dinner time and usually likes to be let out after eating.

I have 1 cat - His name is Leo - He is an outdoor/indoor cat. I try to make him go outside during the day and have him in at night. Rainy or cold weather he usually isn't out long. I keep his food bowl filled with food all the time, he needs it filled every 3-4 days. He will sleep with you at night on the bed. He does have a litter box that he uses only sometimes that would need to be scooped out.

As for the house - Leave it how you got it.
