Hello! We have a cozy house 3-4 minutes from the subway and three blocks from the Danforth. We are about 20-25 minutes by subway to the ROM, the Eaton's Centre and many other tourist spots. We are 10 minute walk away from ice skating and there are tons of great bars, restaurants, cafes, and local shops just three blocks away. We have a comfortable king bed, open dining room/living room and a TV room in the basement with Netflix, Disney+ and more. We have two cats, Kimchi (5y.o) and Bacon (3 y.o.) who are active, healthy and friendly and who would love some company and cuddles. We hope someone is available to give our cats some love and attention and enjoy Toronto. You're welcome to use our front parking pad.. We have had house sitters during the pandemic and we make sure to sanitize all high-touch surfaces and would take steps to minimize contact between us.
I loved hanging out with Bacon and Kimchi! Bacon is a total love-muffin, and while Kimchi takes a bit longer to open up, she is also a total sweetheart once she trusts you. I loved sitting in the back garden area and the neighbourhood is a lot of fun to wander around in. I'd come back in a heartbeat!
I had the pleasure to cat & house sit for Michelle to care for Kimchi and Bacon for a week. From first contact, everything went well. Michelle was very welcoming and had very clear instructions for the cats and their home.
Kimchi and Bacon were a treat to be around and fun to play chase the treats! They love being outside in their harnesses, but Kimchi can be a challenge to get fitted. Both cats are affectionate and even let you sleep in.

Michelle was great to communicate with. Her family home was clean and comfortable and I felt very safe there. Kimchi and Bacon were delightful kitties and easy to care for. I would not hesitate to sit for them again.

Michelle and Jonathan were the perfect hosts - providing a great house manual in advance, maintaining clear and supportive communication throughout, and going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome in their home.

My first pet house sit since the pandemic, so it was a different experience with physical distancing, masks, sanitizing etc. We had a chance to meet prior to the start of the pet house sit, Michelle was very welcoming. The house is in a neighbourhood that rates very high in walkability rating, close to the subway, and lots of bike lanes. A great area for cycling. A nice backyard patio to sit and relax.
