New Westminster British Columbia

My house in New Westminster, BC has all the usual (basic) appliances, a large, paved, off-road parking space, front & back yards, deck, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a tub with shower. Located close to a plaza with Safeway, Starbucks, restaurants, BC Liquor Store, etc. It is also close to a couple of parks that are great for walks. Bus stops are a block away. Also close to our brand new aquatic /community centre! If you're active there are more destinations close by but it's hilly. SkyTrain is walkable - 15 minutes but hilly!
There is a very quiet non-smoking tenant living in a self-contained basement suite.

I have 2 adult cats and a few house plants that will likely need watering at least once. At this time of year no garden care is required.

My two adult cats will require feeding, watering and litter attendance and then love and affection. Clementine, calico and my youngest is super curious and a bit stand-offish at first but very friendly and lovable and Grace, gray with a white star on her chest, is extremely shy but loves to be brushed and will come for pats and scritches once she feels comfortable.
