We need a house sitter

Greetings from beautiful Vancouver Island, Canada.
We reside on a 1/2 acre property in Union Bay, BC and are looking for a house/pet sitter for our three beagles, 12, 10 and 6, and our 2 year old cat. Our 12 year old beagle has arthritis, not currently on medication, she requires slower, more gentle walks.
Yard work at that time may just be shovelling snow, if required. A vehicle is needed as we are 20 minutes from Courtenay, BC.
This is a private home, not an Airbnb.
