Hi, we are semi-retired and have been volunteering, travelling, doing workaways and farm help for the last 5 years.
We are dependable, good communicators, and respectful of your house. We have renovated several properties and also hosted one on Airbnb. We have also raised/trained 3 Lions foundation guide dog puppies, and volunteered as foster families for Lab Rescue and also for Animal adoptions of Flamborough, where we raised a mother cat and kittens.
We do not have our own pets, but that means we are pretty happy to spend time with your pets! When not travelling, we share a home base with our son in Dundas, ON, We both have part time jobs that we can do remotely, and are taking the opportunity to see more of Canada. This is our second time booking Judy and Dave. They took excellent care of our dog and home. They are easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates on our older dog. I highly recommend them!

Words cannot express how happy we are with Judy and Dave's recent house/pet sitting. The house was left spotless and the regular updates and photos of our dog Ruby were so comforting to us while we were away. Ruby is our baby and we know that she was given much love, long daily walks and play time as we had asked for.

Judy was another angel from housitters Canada, we truly enjoyed having her take care of our 4 cats, she went above an d beyond in her care of the older cat who passed away one week after her stay. Our house was left in the state that we found it, clean and in good repairs. Judy communicated with us regularly and sent pictures. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting peace of mind with their pets and house. Thank you Judy, you were wonderful!

Judy and Dave were calm, cool and experienced which made our first pet separation stress free. They adhered to the routines for the dogs and horses and kept us in the loop with texts and pictures. As a bonus the house was cleaner when we returned than when we departed. We highly recommend Judy & Dave

Dave and Judy along with their daughter Marieka looked after my home and two dogs. They were fantastic. From our first connection I felt great about this match for both my home and my dogs. They came early on the day of the sit and instantly got familiar with my dogs and their routines. They communicated well and shared pics while I was away. It was a delight to have Judy and Dave housesit for us. They left the place spotless, they were great communicators and most of all, took such great care of our dog, Molly, our Quaker parakeet, Kirby and our houseplants (including Christmas tree). I highly recommend Judy and Dave

Thanks for being an amazing house and pet sitter while I was in the hospital. They took great care of our cats & dog and made sure that molly got multiple walks a day. They left our house cleaner than they found it and were wonderful at communicating any issues as soon as it happened. We highly recommend them for house sits and hope to use them again someday!

Judy and Dave provided excellent care to our young boxer Bella. We were initially requesting a week in September when we had an arrangement we had made for August fall through at the last minute, Judy and Dave stepped up and helped us out, They are a mature, responsible, caring couple. We look forward to having them back for September.
