Hi Folks,

Are you ready to travel? Maybe I can ease your worries on the homefront.

I’m in Victoria for the winter catching up with family, especially my young grandson. A February job was canceled and so I have last minute availability.

Reliable and resourceful, I'm a friendly quiet person with clean
habits and a healthy lifestyle ( non-smoker, vegetarian ). I have always sought out and enjoyed the company of animals, and the feeling seems to be mutual.


My first job as a member of the housesitters’ community was in rural Calgary, not far from my eldest son and his new family. Complete with 2 big dogs and 2 cats that idyllic summer provided an auspicious start to a new life-style spanning almost a decade.

Since then, many pets in safe keeping have required extra special attention and/or medication. The animal care aspect of this job is much more rewarding than anticipated.

As a homeowner for over 30 years, I remain alert to negative changes in a building or landscape, prepared to troubleshoot, and confident in dealing with the trades.

Your home, plants, and most importantly, your pets, will be well taken care of so that you can really relax and enjoy your holiday.

Keeping in touch until you're comfortable is so easy these days; I will be available as you request.
