Come stay in our updated character home with lots of natural light in sunny Robson! Our place has mountain views on a corner lot with a fully fenced yard, covered deck, barbeque, firepit area, mature fruit trees, and a vegetable garden for you to enjoy. Inside you can make use of our gas stove, air conditioning, dishwasher, and shared laundry. We are a 5-minute walk from the river and in a great central location for exploring the beaches, climbing, biking, hiking, and fishing in the area.
All this can be yours in exchange for caring for our much-loved animals and keeping our yard in reasonable shape.
More specifically, your duties would be:
Feed, cuddle, exercise, and clean up after our 5-year-old border collie mystery mix named Oliver. (Is very well trained and has excellent recall- does not love other dogs).
Feed, cuddle, and change the litter for 2 very social cats, Freya and Loki. Your main duty would be to make sure everyone is home and safe before sundown.
Water house plants,
Mow the lawn once or twice.
Keep an eye on the sprinklers to make sure they function.
Weed the vegetable garden.
*There is a downstairs appartement with shared laundry that may or may not be vacant at the time.
Jamie & Andrew are both very kind and easy going people. Their home is in a stunningly beautiful location, and is both comfortable and easy to care for. Their yard and garden required simply maintenance, and we reaped the rewards of our small efforts with lots of fresh produce.
The two cats were very cute and cuddly. And Ollie the dog became our fast friend. The house has a fairly large fenced-in yard, so it was easy to keep Ollie entertained, exercised and safe.
