Gatineau Quebec

Gatineau is the place to be! It is largest city in the Outaouais administrative region of Quebec and is also part of Canada's National Capital Region and it is home to the second largest urban park in the world as well as several National parks such as in surrounding areas such as Gatineau Park, Plaisance Provincial park, Mont Tremblant National Park, etc. Ideal for hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, golfing, ziplines, tennis, running, go-karting, skiing and a host of other outdoor activities.

I am looking for someone to house sit and pet sit in November/December. But my dates are flexible, can be as early as you need and as long as you need (as long as you are OK to partially share with us at times, we do have a fully finished and furnished basement, so you have your privacy as well).

I have 2 miniature dachshunds (please see pictures). They take some time to get used to new people so ideally, I would like you guys to be here in advance to ensure you all get along by the time I am gone. They are house trained (the male can be very naughty and try to pee in the house when upset). But once they get to know you, they are very loving. They love going on walks- 30 min a day but if the weather is not good, they do have a huge backyard to play in.

It's a semi detached home with huge backyard in a new built area in Angers, Gatineau (30 min from downtown Ottawa - car will be needed but can be provided as well as long as you have a clean driving record and Insurance)

If you are more of home body, you can have access to our Netflix and Prime Video subscription as well.
