Belcarra British Columbia

Our home is located in the village of Belcarra, on the ocean on Indian arm. At the door are ocean activities, beach walks and numerous hiking trails. It is a quiet, rural area but 9 minutes to shopping and Starbucks. 45 mins to Vancouver. Our home is 3500 square feet 18 years young, with a chefs kitchen, cozy deck with fire pit, outdoor living and hot tub.
Now the fur friend! Bauer is an English springer spaniel, 12 years young, healthy except for itchy skin and separation anxiety. Both are manageable and he is friendly and just wants to be with humans. His favourite things are balls, sticks and swimming. He likes a walk a couple of times a day and can be left as long as you are not gone too long. If that is the case there are options for care with our renters in the basement suite.
If the weather is still warm watering of the garden will be required but the benefit will be fresh vegetables 🥕
