Coquitlam British Columbia

We are looking for someone to care for our 10 year old Golden Retriever, Howard, and hopefully enjoy some of the amazing features of our community while we're away.
We live in the Chineside neighborhood of Coquitlam. This means we're just blocks away from Port Moody with Rocky Point Park/ Ice cream and Brewery Row only a 7 minute drive or 30 minute walk. Mundy Park in Coquitlam is just 5 minute drive with trails, playground and lots going on in the summer.
We moved out to Coquitlam from Vancouver 1.5 years ago and really love it.
Our house is a 3 bedroom split level with a basement suite which we use a gym and storage. There is a fenced in backyard area great for our kids and for the dog to hang out. We also have a large patio with outdoor furniture. We love to eat outside in the summer evenings and watch the sunset - not to brag but we have a great view.
Howard (or Howie for short) is a relatively easy going golden. He has lived with a cat and 2 kids an in his older age, sleeps lots of the day. He loves pets, cuddles, treats and WALKS.
This would be the most important thing, Howie needs 3-4 off leash walks a week. They don't have to be long, but he still loves to run even if he's pooped after. We usually take him up to Mundy Park Off Leash Dog Trail or to Barnett Marine Park Off Leash beach. On the off days, we take him out for leash walks up to the local elementary school or around the neighborhood.
Aside from that, he is a relatively low maintenance dog. He sleeps on the main floor (away from the bedrooms), he eats kibble 2 x daily and aside from walks, will need to go out to pee/ poo mornings and evenings.
There is no garden care at this point (that's our next big project).
We have tons of natural light in the house and are close to many mountain biking trails, hiking trails, Belcarra and White Pine Beach.
This job would be perfect for someone working from home but also Howie is ok to be left for 8 hours if he's had a walk so day trips or workdays out of the house are fine too.
We would say our house is family friendly, we have 2 girls 4 +2 so the bedrooms are set up as follows - Master Bedroom 1 King Bed, kids rooms, 1 crib, 1 toddler bed. We do have a bedroom in the basement that could be made available if need be.
