A beautiful modern country home located between Owen Sound and Wiarton situated on 5 acres with the privacy of hundreds of acres or surrounding farmland.
All modern conveniences available including high speed internet, streaming TV services, modern heating (heat pump and in-floor heating), and pre-arranged snow clearing. We also have full charging infrastructure if you drive an electric car.
Additionally we have a beautiful backyard pool and pool deck for those house sitting during the summer months.
Pets include an older female cat and a handful of chickens.
