I live in a condo in a very vibrant area of Toronto (Yonge and Eglinton). There's lots to do and eat and the neighbourhood is quite busy.

At home, I have a very sweet cat named Nacho. He is very friendly and is extremely affectionate, though he's also a bit anxious. He really enjoys food and affection and feels comforted knowing someone is home with him. He's very much a lap cat and will look for you to sit down and relax so he can settle on to your lap and stretch out.

Nacho has had some historic issues of peeing outside of his litter box, but he is doing well lately.

I live in a one bedroom + den and 1.5 bath unit, with a decent size balcony. I'm on the 20th floor. Nacho likes to go out on the balcony for a few minutes and roam the hallway daily to take in the scents (supervised of course).

My unit is non-smoking, though smoking on the balcony would be fine. The building is monitored by a 24 hr concierge, and there are amenities (pool and gym) available.

Sitting for Lata was great! She was easy to communicate with, and responded quick to any of my texts (despite quite the time difference!) Her place is in a great location and very comfortable. Although I didn't get to try some of the amenities offered by the building, it was a pleasure to be able to access the TTC, groceries, and other things right outside her door. Along with this, Nacho was super affectionate and quite the cuddler. He made my days working a lot more interesting, and I hope to ... MORE

Lata has a lovely modern condo with everything you would need, in a great central location for all the best shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. She was so kind to us and communicated well throughout. Nacho is a sweet, affectionate cat who warmed up to us quickly, he lets you know when he’s hungry or if he wants cuddles. We will miss him! One of our best house sits so far!

We enjoyed a lot taking care of Nacho and Simba! They were very friendly, lovely and easy. They definitely became our friends! Lata was very caring to us. She was always willing to answer us and gave us all the necessary instructions for our stay. She was a great host! The location is perfect if you want to have a midtown experience and the subway station is across the street, wich is great! We definitely would do it again! It was such a great experience! :)

This was a wonderful sit. Lata was an extreme pleasure to meet and to do a sit for. Her cats, Nacho and Simba, were the most lovely and enjoyable company. The space was very enjoyable, open, clean, spacious and with a great view. As well, the location in my opinion is one of the best in Toronto. I would do this sit again in a minute if it were to fit in my schedule. I believe anyone would feel fortunate to have this opportunity!
