Vancouver or Madeira Park British Columbia

We have a lovely character 4 bedroom home in Vancouver. There is a private garden at the back of the property. We have a separate suite in the basement that is completely separate from the house. Hard working MBA student who is very quiet and seldom home. If you would prefer to stay on the Sunshine Coast, Madeira Park, we also have access to a 3 bedroom home with 2 lovely wood burning fireplaces, high speed internet and beautiful views. The dogs are very happy in either home (they probably prefer the coast!). The photos at the end of the roll are the Sunshine Coast property. We have 2 dogs (Australian Shepherds) that need a lot of exercise and are typical 'velcro' dogs that will follow you around and literally sit on your feet. They are 4 years old and 2 years old. The 4 year old does bark when people come to the house and takes time getting used to new people. He can be a challenge to walk but does well chasing sticks and on off leash trails. He generally settles within a few minutes. The younger one is lovable, sweet and gentle.
