Hi there! We have a 3+1 bedroom home in the upper beaches area of Toronto. We own 1 cat, Coco. He is shy but friendly and loving and he willingly accepts a lot of affection (and whipped cream) on his terms. ;) We also have a 2-year old puppy named Lucy who is a mini cockapoo. She is housetrained and sleeps well at night - will not wake until you wake. They are both easy to care for. Our home is close to two main roads - Kingston Road and Warden Ave. with good public transit. We are about a 5 min drive to the beaches and Queen St East and a 15min drive to downtown Toronto. We have private drive with parking for 2 cars. Tv has Netflix and cable and high speed internet. The dollar store, grocery stores, lcbo, Tim hortons, Starbucks and whole list of quaint local shops and cafes are all within walking distance. Our home is in a safe neighbourhood with lovely neighbours.
For our trip we are leaving after work on Fri Dec 20 (around 5:30pm) and then returning only on Dec 25 at around 11pm.

I must say that of all of my previous house/pet-sits this was one of the MOST endearing. Gracious owners Allison and Phillip have a beautiful home in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood. I immediately fell in love with pupper Lucy who has a very joyful personality. Their cat Coco is a very sweet and gentle soul I appreciated the outline of information left for me by Allison that covered everything I needed to know in order to look after the house and these 2 adorable pets. Alison and Phillip are welcoming and very accomodating home owners with a beautiful open modern home. They have a big enclosed back yard for the pets to use anytime. Lucy and CoCo are their dog and cat. Coco the cat is quite independant, but if you respect the fact that you are a guest in his house, he will be affectionate and loving. We had a wonderful time pet sitting for Allie and Phil. Their home is beautiful and in a lovely location, and their pets are all so sweet. We loved spending time with cats Archie and Coco, and fell in love with their sweet puppy Lucy. Communication was great and everything went smoothly; we hope to come back and sit for them again!

We couldn't have been happier with our house and cat sit for Allison and Phil. Their pets Coco and Archie were easy and entertaining. Archie is quick to socialize and Coco comes around to get brushed and petted within a few days. They love to play and, because they're outdoor cats, the litter is easy too.
