4 bee 2 bath house on acreage 15 min North of Tofield, 45 to Sherwood park. One med sized, 11 year old heeler/husky cross to look after. Well behaved and friendly dog. Huge, private yard with parking. All amenities available including wifi, satellite tv, washer/dryer etc.
