Sooke British Columbia

Our house is a duplex townhouse set in the Heron view complex comprising of only 91 units. We are fortunate enough to have wide ranging views of Sooke Harbor and East Sooke. The water front is two minutes walk and the town of Sooke is a five minute drive away. The house has three bedrooms, open plan living, dining and kitchen with a deck off the living room. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and dressing room plus a large enclosed deck off the bedroom. There is a powder room and second bathroom. Sooke has a good selection of stores plus two large grocery stores. The world renowned Sooke Harbor House and Whiffin Spit are minutes away as are beautiful beaches and forests. Our ten year old dog whose name is Buddy is a Jack Russel terrier, very chilled and loves both people and other dogs. He is completely deaf and quite happy to snuggle up and sleep all day! He does sleep on or sometimes in the bed and does suffer from separation anxiety, he loves car rides and would stay in the car with you all day! There is know gardening as the complex has it's own gardener/landscaper, you may have to water half a dozen indoor plants at the most.
